The hotel had a great location, just a block from the beach and easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with unique decor. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant on-site served delicious meals.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. The hotel's location is ideal, as it is close to bars, restaurants, the ADO bus terminal, and the ferry to Cozumel. We were able to walk to all of these places within a short distance. The hotel also has a great restaurant connected to it, where we enjoyed delicious food and received excellent service. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to several ATM machines, making it easy to withdraw money when needed. the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, parking options, transportation accessibility, ideal location close to everything including Cancun airport and Downtown, and the great breakfast all contributed to making our stay enjoyable.
